Tenderize the ribs:

Marinate the ribs:

☐ 1 tbsp sesame oil ☐ 1 tbsp soy sauce ☐ Half of tsp salt ☐ Half of tsp ground white pepper ☐ 4 cloves garlic ☐ 1 tsp finely minced ginger ☐ 1 tsp lime juice ☐ 50 grams cornstarch

Sweet spicy sauce:

☐ 2 tbsp Gochujang ☐ 1 tbsp gula ☐ 1 tbsp sesame oil ☐ 1.5 tbsp tomato sauce ☐ 1 tsp cornstarch ☐ Half of tsp ground white pepper ☐ Half of tsp mushroom bouillon ☐ 2 tbsp honey ☐ 2 cloves finely minced garlic ☐ 75 ml water
