  1. Cut 200 g of beef tenderloin into long strips.

  18. Reheat the pan with oil and stir-fry the white mushrooms with salt and pepper until they are cooked and release their water, then move them into the bowl.
  19. Cook the Korean glass noodles in the leftover boiling water for about 4 to 5 minutes, then drain them.
  20. Season the noodles with 3 tsp of sesame oil, 4 tsp of soy sauce and 2 tsp of palm sugar, then mix well.
  21. Move the noodles into the bowl with the vegetables and beef.
  22. Season everything with 3 tsp soy sauce, 3 tsp sesame oil, 3 tsp palm sugar, half a teaspoon of black pepper, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic, 2 tsp of mushroom bouillon powder and about 2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds.
  23. Mix everything until evenly combined.
  24. Thinly slice the cooked egg for the garnish.
  25. Move it onto a serving plate, then add the egg garnish and toasted sesame seeds.
