Ingredients

Steps

  1. Melt 50 g dark compound chocolate together with 90 ml cooking oil over a pot of boiling water until the chocolate is melted and evenly combined, then set aside.
  2. Put 3 eggs, 90 g granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp emulsifier into a bowl.
  3. Beat at maximum speed for about 7 to 10 minutes until the batter is risen, thick, and ribbon-forming.
  4. Sift in 65 g wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 30 g cocoa powder, then stir briefly so the flour does not fly about.
  5. Mix at the lowest speed for about 30 seconds, then continue folding with a spatula until the flour is evenly incorporated.
  6. Add the melted chocolate and 1/2 tsp vanilla, then fold from the bottom up until no liquid is left settled at the bottom.
  7. Line an 18x18 cm pan with baking paper, pour in the batter, then tap the pan a few times.
  8. Steam over already boiling water for about 30 minutes on medium heat, with the steamer lid wrapped in a clean cloth.
  9. Do a skewer test, and if no batter clings to it, lift the cake out and turn it out of the pan.
  10. Trim a little off the top of the cake so the surface is level, then put it back into the pan.
  11. For the Oreo layer, put 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 100 g granulated sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and part of the 800 ml liquid milk into a pot, stir until even, then pour in the remaining milk.
  12. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until it boils and bubbles up, then turn off the heat and let the steam subside.
  13. Break 10 Oreo biscuits into small pieces, then scatter them over the cake in the pan.
  14. Pour the agar mixture in slowly, a little at a time, so the cake and the Oreos do not float up.
  15. Leave it for about 30 minutes until the surface forms a skin firm enough to be layered over.
  16. Blend 250 g avocado flesh with part of the liquid milk until smooth, then set aside.
  17. For the avocado layer, put 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 150 g granulated sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and the remaining liquid milk into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  18. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until it boils and bubbles up, then turn off the heat and let the steam subside.
  19. Pour the blended avocado into the pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  20. Pour the avocado pudding slowly in a circular motion over the set Oreo pudding layer.
  21. Leave it until the pudding firms up, then chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until cold.
  22. Release the pudding by pressing around the edges of the pan, then slice and serve.
