Ingredients

Steps

  1. Blend 250 g avocado flesh with part of the 600 ml liquid milk in a chopper, then set aside.
  2. Put 1 packet of white agar powder and 150 g granulated sugar into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  3. Pour in the rest of the milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  5. Keep stirring until the steam has gone or the mixture is just warm.
  6. Pour the blended avocado into the pot and stir until evenly combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm mould, then leave it until the surface forms a skin firm enough to be layered over.
  8. Put 1 packet of white agar powder, 100 g granulated sugar, and 1 tbsp cornstarch into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  9. Add 800 ml liquid milk, stir until even, then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
  10. Turn off the heat and stir briefly until the steam subsides.
  11. Break 10 Oreo biscuits into pieces rather than crushing them so the texture stays noticeable.
  12. Once the avocado layer is firm, stir the mixture and pour it in slowly and evenly so the pudding does not sink.
  13. Add the Oreo pieces, then pour in the rest of the mixture slowly and evenly so the Oreos do not float up.
  14. Press any floating Oreo pieces down gently with a fork, then leave it until the surface is firm enough to be layered over.
  15. Put 1 packet of white agar powder, 100 g granulated sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 3 tbsp cocoa powder into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  16. Add 800 ml chocolate milk, stir until even, then add 100 g dark cooking chocolate chopped small.
  17. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and the chocolate has melted, then turn off the heat and stir until the steam subsides.
  18. Pour the chocolate mixture into the mould slowly and evenly so the pudding does not sink.
  19. Leave it until the pudding sets, then chill in the refrigerator for at least about 3 hours without moving it about.
  20. For the custard, put 75 g granulated sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 500 ml liquid milk, and 1 tsp vanilla into a pot, then stir until smooth and free of lumps.
  21. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, thickens, and bubbles up, then turn off the heat and stir until the custard cools.
  22. Chill the custard with plastic wrap pressed onto the surface so it does not form a skin.
  23. Turn the pudding out of the mould, then slice it and serve with the custard.
