Ingredients

Steps

  1. Take 10 Oreo biscuits and break or crush them as coarsely as you like, then set aside.
  2. Prepare a pot, add 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch and 100 g granulated sugar, then stir first until evenly combined.
  3. Add 800 ml liquid milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  4. Turn on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils and bubbles, then turn off the heat.
  5. Prepare a mould, tip in the crushed Oreo pieces, then pour the mixture in a little at a time so the Oreo does not all float up.
  6. Leave the first layer until it sets.
  7. Prepare a pot, add 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 100 g granulated sugar and 5 sachets of Milo powder or 110 g, then stir until evenly combined.
  8. Add part of the 800 ml liquid milk, stir until evenly combined, then add the rest of the milk and stir again.
  9. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and bubbles, then turn off the heat.
  10. Make sure the first layer has set and is not sticky to the touch, then pour the Milo mixture in slowly, a little at a time, so the first layer does not sink.
  11. Leave the Milo mixture until it sets into a layer.
  12. Prepare a pot, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 100 g granulated sugar and 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, then stir until evenly combined.
  13. Add part of the 800 ml chocolate milk, stir until evenly combined, then add the rest of the milk and stir again.
  14. Add 100 g dark cooking chocolate, then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens, then turn off the heat.
  15. Make sure the second layer has set and is firm, then pour the chocolate mixture in slowly, a little at a time.
  16. Leave the pudding to set without shaking, lifting or sliding it, then chill it in the fridge for about two to three hours.
  17. Turn the pudding out of the mould, then slice and serve.
