Ingredients

Milk Layer:

Steps

  1. Put 1 packet of white agar powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 100 g granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and 125 g Milo powder into a pot.
  2. Stir until evenly combined so the dry ingredients do not clump when the liquid goes in.
  3. Add 700 ml liquid milk, 100 ml liquid whipping cream, and 1/2 tsp vanilla, then stir until evenly combined.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  5. Stir briefly until the steam subsides.
  6. Wet the mould with water so the pudding does not stick and turns out more easily.
  7. Stir the mixture, then pour it into the mould, filling only three quarters of the way.
  8. For the milk layer, put 1 packet of white agar powder and 100 g granulated sugar into a pot and stir until evenly combined.
  9. Add 700 ml liquid milk and 100 ml liquid whipping cream, then stir until evenly combined.
  10. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  11. Stir briefly until the steam subsides.
  12. Make sure the Milo pudding has formed a skin but has not hardened, and if it has already set firm, prick the surface with a fork or a toothpick.
  13. Stir the milk pudding mixture, then pour it into the mould right to the top.
  14. Leave it until the pudding sets, then chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  15. Ease the pudding away from the sides of the mould, turn it out, then slice and serve.
