  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so the bottom does not catch or go lumpy, until it boils, then turn off the heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mould up to one third full, press the Oreos down gently with a fork so they do not all float, then leave it to set.

  9. Put 100 g of granulated sugar, one packet of white agar-agar powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  10. Add 800 ml of liquid milk, stir well, then add 100 g of cooking chocolate chopped small.

  12. Pour the chocolate mixture into the mould to fill it, leave it to set firm, then chill it in the fridge for at least about 2 hours.
  13. Put 100 g of granulated sugar and 4 tablespoons of cornstarch into a pot, then stir until evenly combined.
  14. Add 50 ml of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 litre of liquid milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  15. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens, turn off the heat, then keep stirring until the sauce is cool so it does not go lumpy.
  16. Ease the edges of the pudding away from the mould, turn the pudding out, then serve it with the vanilla sauce.
