  7. Pour in 500 ml milk, stir, then cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until it boils.
  8. Take a little of the hot mixture, stir it into the margarine mixture, then pour it back into the pot and cook until it boils again.
  9. Turn off the heat, strain the mixture, then pour it over the first set layer and let it firm up.
  10. Reheat the clear chocolate mixture over low heat until it melts, then pour 200 ml slowly and evenly into the pan.
  11. For the chocolate layer, put 100 g granulated sugar and 1 packet of chocolate agar agar powder into a pot and stir.
  12. Pour in 600 ml milk and 125 g dark cooking chocolate, cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until it boils and the chocolate melts.
  13. Divide the chocolate mixture into 5 equal parts of about 140 ml, then pour one part over the set layer and level it.
  14. For the pandan moss layer, put 125 g granulated sugar, 1 packet of white agar agar powder, and 1/4 tsp salt into a pot and stir.
  15. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs, 600 ml coconut milk, 2 tsp pandan paste, and 1/2 tsp vanilla, then stir.
  16. Cook over medium heat until it boils and the moss like curds appear, stir, then turn off the heat.
  17. Prick the pudding surface with a fork if it has already hardened, then pour about 180 ml of the moss pudding and level it.
  18. Reheat the chocolate pudding until it melts, then pour it over the set moss layer.
  19. Keep alternating until all of the moss pudding and chocolate pudding has been poured in.
  20. Reheat the clear chocolate mixture, then pour about 200 ml into the pan.
  21. Cook a margarine layer with the same ingredients and method as before, then pour it into the pan.
  22. Reheat and pour the remaining clear chocolate mixture as the final layer.
  23. Let the pudding firm up then chill it in the fridge for at least about three hours.
  24. Loosen the edges of the pudding, turn it out of the pan, then serve it cold.
