Ingredients

Steps

  1. Prepare a pot, add 1 packet of chocolate agar-agar powder, 100 gr of granulated sugar, and 750 ml of water, then stir until evenly combined.
  2. Cook until it boils over medium heat while stirring constantly so the bottom does not scorch or clump.
  3. Once it boils, turn off the heat.
  4. Rinse the tin with water so the pudding will be easier to unmould later.
  5. Pour about 185 ml of the chocolate agar-agar mixture into the tin and set the rest aside, since this mixture is for four layers.
  6. Leave the first layer to set, and rest the pot with the remaining chocolate mixture in a container of hot water so it does not harden too fast.
  7. For the second layer, mix 30 gr of melted margarine with 1 egg yolk, stir until combined, then set aside.
  8. Prepare a pot, add 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 100 gr of granulated sugar, and 500 ml of liquid milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  9. Cook until it boils over medium heat while stirring constantly.
  10. Once it starts to boil, take a little of the mixture and pour it into the egg and margarine mixture, stir until combined, then pour it back into the pot.
  11. Keep cooking until it boils while stirring constantly, then turn off the heat.
  12. Strain the mixture and pour it slowly, little by little, over the chocolate layer so the layer underneath does not break through.
  13. Leave it until the pudding cools and forms a layer.
  14. Reheat the chocolate agar-agar mixture until it boils over medium heat while stirring constantly, then turn off the heat.
  15. Make sure the previous layer is firm and no longer sticky to the touch, then pour about 185 ml of the chocolate mixture slowly and evenly as the third layer.
  16. For the fourth layer, prepare a pot, add 1 packet of chocolate agar-agar powder and 75 gr of granulated sugar, then stir until evenly combined.
  17. Add 500 ml of liquid milk, stir until combined, then add 100 gr of dark cooking chocolate cut into small pieces so it melts faster.
  18. Cook until it boils over medium heat while stirring constantly, then turn off the heat.
  19. Strain the mixture, then pour it slowly and evenly over the previous pudding layer.
  20. Leave it to form a layer, then reheat the chocolate agar-agar mixture until it boils over medium-low heat while stirring constantly.
  21. Once the previous layer is firm, pour 185 ml of the chocolate agar-agar mixture as the fifth layer.
  22. For the sixth layer, make the butter pudding mixture the same way as the second layer, then pour it into the tin.
  23. Reheat the remaining chocolate agar-agar mixture until it boils, then pour it in as the seventh layer.
  24. Leave the pudding until it sets, then keep it in the fridge for about two hours until cold.
  25. Run a knife around the edge of the pudding so it releases more easily, turn it out of the tin, slice, and serve.
