  1. Put 100 grams granulated sugar and one 7 gram sachet of chocolate agar-agar into a non-stick pan, pour in 750 ml water, then whisk briefly.

  3. Pour the clear chocolate pudding into a jug, then pour part of it into the pudding tin.
