  1. Combine one 40-gram pack of chocolate sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, half a pack of plain agar-agar (about 4 grams), plus 200 ml of water.
  2. Cook over low heat while stirring until everything is combined.
  3. Dissolve 2 tsp of cocoa powder in a little of the mixture, stir it back in, then bring it to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, turn off the heat, then take the pan off the stove.
  5. Spoon part of the chocolate mixture into a 24 cm pudding mold, then leave it at room temperature until set.
  6. Save the leftover chocolate pudding, since it gets used again later.
  7. Combine 4 packs of sweetened condensed milk (about 160 grams), one 7-gram pack of plain agar-agar, plus 800 ml of chocolate milk, stirring it smooth.
  8. Blend 3 slices of white bread with a little chocolate milk until silky, then stir it into the mixture.
  9. Tip in 180 grams of granulated sugar, cook over low heat while stirring, then strain the mixture.
  10. Dissolve 2 tbsp of cornstarch in a little of the pudding, stir it back in, bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat.
  11. Pour the hot mixture over the set chocolate pudding, then chill it 40 to 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
  12. Put the leftover set chocolate pudding into a pan with one 65 ml pack of instant coconut milk, 120 grams of granulated sugar, 250 ml of water, plus half a pack of plain agar-agar.
  13. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate pudding melts with everything combined.
  14. Tip in 3 tbsp of chocochips, keep stirring up to a boil, then turn off the heat.
  15. Take the pudding out of the refrigerator, pour the chocolate mixture over it, then chill 2 hours until set.
  16. Slide a skewer between the pudding and the mold to loosen it, then slice to serve.
