- Siapkan 11 sdm kecap manis, 3 sdm kecap inggris, 7 sdm kecap asin, 4 sdm saus tiram, dan 1 sdm kecap ikan.

- Add all the light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and the other sauces, then stir fry for about 30 seconds so the sauce caramelises a little and smells more fragrant.
- Add the chopped dried shrimp and the cut chicken, then stir fry until the chicken is half cooked.
- Pour in 2 litres of chicken stock.
- Season with the pepper and mushroom stock powder.
- Add the fried shallots.
- Cook until the broth comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
