soy sauce chicken:

☐ 750 grams chicken breast fillet ☐ 210 grams canned champignon or straw mushrooms ☐ 8 shallots ☐ 5 cloves garlic ☐ 3 slices of ginger ☐ 1 tbsp oyster sauce ☐ 3 tbsp soy sauce ☐ 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce ☐ 1 tsp mushroom bouillon ☐ 1 tsp ground white pepper ☐ 2 tsp sugar ☐ 100 ml water ☐ 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Garlic oil:

☐ 50 ml vegetable oil ☐ 100 grams chicken fat and chicken skin ☐ 10 cloves minced garlic ☐ 2 stalks green onion (white part only)

Infused soy sauce:

☐ 150 ml soy sauce ☐ 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce ☐ 2 tsp sugar ☐ 6 sliced shallots ☐ Reserved green onion and chicken skin from garlic oil ☐ 100 ml water ☐ 1 tsp mushroom bouillon ☐ 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Per every serving:
