Egg Custard:

☐ 4 eggs ( for about 220 ml) ☐ 330 ml of water or chicken stock (the ratio eggs with water 1 for eggs : 1.5 for water) ☐ 1/2 tsp salt ☐ 1 tsp sesame oil ☐ ¼ tsp ground white pepper ☐ 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon

Meat mixture:

☐ 250 grams pork meat (pork shoulder) ☐ 1 tbsp oyster sauce ☐ 1/2 tsp ground white pepper ☐ 1 tbsp corn starch ☐ 1 tbsp fried garlic ☐ 2 tbsp water ☐ 1/2 tsp salt ☐ 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon

Toppings:
