  1. Prepare 5 chicken drumsticks, about 650 g, then fillet them or leave them whole if you do not like filleting.
  2. Add 1 tbsp garlic powder, or 1 tbsp of crushed garlic.
  3. Add 1 tbsp paprika powder.
  4. Add 1 tsp ground black pepper.
  5. Add 1 1/2 tsp salt.
  6. Add 2 tsp mushroom stock powder, then mix well.
  7. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
  8. For the coating, combine 500 g of high protein flour with 200 g of instant fried chicken flour of any brand, and this mix is enough for up to 1 kg of chicken.
  9. Add 1 tsp baking soda so the chicken comes out crispier.
  10. Add 2 tsp ground white pepper.
  11. Add 1 tsp mushroom stock powder or chicken stock powder, then mix well.
  12. Add 1 tbsp paprika powder, and you can skip this if you do not like it or cannot find it.
  13. Heat a nonstick frying pan, then pour in a generous amount of vegetable oil.
  14. Prepare 1 1/2 litres of plain water with nothing added, along with a strainer.
  15. Put the marinated chicken into the flour mixture.
  16. Coat the chicken gently, and there is no need to press the flour onto it.
  17. Shake off the excess flour from the chicken.
  18. Dip the chicken into the bowl of water.
  19. Drain the chicken from the water and pat it dry.
  20. Coat the chicken in the dry flour again, gently and without pressing, just enough to cover it.
  21. Dip it into the bowl of water once more, then coat it in the dry flour again.
  22. Fry the chicken until cooked and the coating is golden brown.
  23. If you want to reuse the flour, sift out the clumps first so the texture stays good, and strain the oil too so the next batch of chicken does not burn.
