Cara Membuat
- Potong kotak tempe sesuai selera.
- Potong dan tumis cabe merah besar, cabe hijau besar, bawang merah, bawang putih hingga harum.
- Kemudian masukan aromatik daun salam, sereh, lengkuas hingga harum.
- Masukan tempe yang sudah di potong kotak ke dalam tumisan bumbu dan aromatik. Kemudian masukan asam jawa, gula jawa, micin, garam, lada putih, gula pasir, dan kecap manis. Masak hingga caramelised (sampai kecoklatan).
- Angkat tempe orek dan siap di sajikan.

- Cut and sauté the large red chilies, large green chilies, shallots, and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the Indonesian bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal and cook until fragrant.
- Add the diced tempeh, then add the tamarind water, palm sugar, MSG, salt, ground white pepper, granulated sugar, and sweet soy sauce. Cook until caramelized and browned.
- Remove the tempe orek from the heat and serve.
