  1. Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast, and stir well.
  2. Add the cold milk a little at a time while kneading with a mixer until the dough is half-formed.
  3. Add the margarine and salt, then mix again until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal portions (about 118 g each), tint each with a different food coloring, knead until evenly colored, then shape into balls.
  5. Cover with a cloth and let rest for about 1 hour until risen.
  6. Punch down each colored dough, then divide each into four portions (about 28 g each).
  7. Fill each portion with chocolate spread: punch out the air, round smooth, flatten with thin edges and a thick center, add the chocolate spread, seal tightly so it doesn't leak, then re-shape into a smooth ball and place in a pan greased with margarine and lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the dough is used.
  8. Cover with a cloth and let rest again for about 35 minutes until risen.
  9. Dust the surface with sifted flour, then bake in the oven at medium-low heat for about 35 minutes (don't let the surface get too brown).
