Seasoned Cassava Pilus (Pilus Singkong Berbumbu)

Cara Membuat

- Haluskan/blender cabe bubuk, garam, gula pasir, keripik bawang putih, dan lada bubuk sampai menjadi bubuk halus, sisihkan.
- Haluskan bawang putih dengan garam, campurkan ke singkong parut, aduk sampai rata.
- Campur tepung tapioka dan tepung terigu, aduk rata, campurkan sedikit demi sedikit ke singkong.
- Tambahkan lada bubuk dan Desaku kunyit bubuk, aduk rata sampai warna kuning merata.
- Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan bisa dipulung/dibentuk.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan, goreng dengan minyak yang tidak terlalu panas agar matang merata dari dalam.
- Setelah permukaan berwarna bagus, besarkan api sedikit, goreng sampai matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Setelah agak dingin, campur pilus dengan bumbu tabur dalam kantong plastik sampai rata.

- Grind/blend the chili powder, salt, sugar, garlic chips, and pepper into a fine powder, and set aside.
- Grind the garlic with salt, mix into the grated cassava, and stir until combined.
- Mix the tapioca starch and flour, stir well, then mix in gradually with the cassava.
- Add the pepper and Desaku ground turmeric, and stir until evenly yellow.
- Add water little by little until the dough can be shaped.
- Heat the cooking oil, shape the dough into balls, and fry in oil that isn't too hot so the inside cooks evenly.
- Once the surface looks good, raise the heat slightly, fry until cooked, then drain.
- Once slightly cooled, mix the pilus with the seasoning powder in a plastic bag until evenly coated.
