Tahu Goreng Masak Kecap (Fried Tofu in Sweet Soy Sauce)

Cara Membuat
- Campur dan aduk rata Bumbu Marinasi dengan air (bahan 1).
- Lumuri tahu dengan Larutan Bumbu Marinasi, kemudian ratakan (merinet).
- Campur bahan 3, aduk rata, sisihkan.
- Goreng dengan 6 sendok makan minyak hingga kedua sisinya kekuningan.
- Masukkan daun salam.
- Masukkan campuran bahan 3 dan sisa bumbu merinet, aduk rata kemudian biarkan hingga mulai mengental dan sedikit menyusut kuahnya.
- Hidangkan.

- Mix and stir the Marinade Seasoning with water (ingredients 1) until well combined.
- Coat the tofu with the marinade mixture, then rub it in evenly.
- Mix ingredients 3, stir well, set aside.
- Fry with 6 tbsp oil until both sides are golden.
- Add the bay leaves.
- Add the ingredients 3 mixture and the remaining marinade, stir well, then let it cook until it starts to thicken and the sauce reduces slightly.
- Serve.
