Sambal Goreng Kentang dan Hati (Spicy Stir-Fried Potatoes and Liver)

- Rebus hati dan ampela sebentar dengan bumbu salam, lengkuas, dan garam, lalu potong-potong (total 250 gr).
- Larutkan 1 sachet Desaku bumbu balado dengan 250 ml air secara bertahap, aduk hingga larut.
- Haluskan 8 buah bawang merah dan 1 buah tomat.
- Panaskan 5 sendok makan minyak goreng, masukkan bumbu halus, tumis dengan api sedang sambil terus diaduk hingga benar-benar matang dan harum.
- Masukkan larutan bumbu balado, masak hingga mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk.
- Tambahkan 1 sendok makan gula pasir dan 1/2 sendok teh garam, aduk hingga larut.
- Masukkan hati dan ampela rebus, aduk rata agar bumbu meresap.
- Masak hingga kadar air berkurang sekitar 20% (mengurangi dari 80% menjadi nyemek), lalu masukkan kentang goreng.
- Aduk rata hingga kentang terbalut bumbu, masak sebentar, lalu sajikan.
