Cara Membuat
- Saos 321: campur semua Bahan 1(kecap manis, saos tomat, saos tiram, Ladaku Merica Bubuk, Desaku Bawang Putih Bubuk, tepung maizena dan air) aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis cabe rawit dan daun bawang prei sampai layu.
- Ceplok telur ke dalam tumisan daun bawang, masak sampai telur mulai matang.
- Masukkan 4 sendok makan Saos 321 (atau sesuai selera).
- Tutup wajan, masak sampai telur matang.
- Hidangkan.

- Sauce 321: combine all of Ingredient 1 (sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, Ladaku ground pepper, Desaku garlic powder, cornstarch, and water), and mix well.
- Heat the cooking oil, and sauté the bird's-eye chilies and leek until wilted.
- Crack the eggs into the sautéed leek, and cook until the eggs start to set.
- Add 4 tbsp of Sauce 321 (or to taste).
- Cover the pan, and cook until the eggs are done.
- Serve.
