- SAOS 321: campur semua Bahan 1, aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak, tumis daun bawang dan cabe besar sampai layu.
- Ceplok telur ke dalam tumisan daun bawang, masak sampai telur mulai matang.
- Masukkan sekitar 4 sendok makan Saos 321 (atau sesuai selera).
- Tutup wajan, masak sampai telur matang.
- Hidangkan.

- Sauce 321: combine all of Ingredient 1, and mix well.
- Heat the oil, and sauté the leek and large chili until wilted.
- Crack the eggs into the sautéed leek, and cook until the eggs start to set.
- Add about 4 tbsp of Sauce 321 (or to taste).
- Cover the pan, and cook until the eggs are done.
- Serve.
