Steps

  1. Mix Ingredient 1 (Desaku chili powder and water), and stir well until it becomes a chili paste. Set aside.

  3. Put it into a blender, and add the chili paste. Blend until the sambal is coarsely ground.
  4. Sauté the sliced shallots in the leftover frying oil until golden and fragrant, then add the blended mixture and sauté until the oil separates.
  5. Add all of Ingredient 4 (toasted shrimp paste, salt, granulated sugar, palm sugar, kaffir lime leaves, and Desaku garlic powder), and continue sautéing until the fragrant aroma of shrimp paste comes out.
  6. Ready to serve.
  7. Beat all of Ingredient 1 (eggs, salt, Desaku garlic powder, and Ladaku ground pepper).
  8. Sauté the leek, onion, and carrot briefly.
  9. Add the beaten eggs, using low heat, gently stirring the center until it starts to thicken.
  10. Once the eggs start to thicken, stop stirring, and once the bottom is cooked, flip the omelet. Cook until done.
  11. Serve.
