  3. Pour in 1250 ml clean water, about five medium glasses.
  4. Turn on medium-low heat, then cook until it boils while stirring constantly so nothing clumps, at which point turn off the heat.
  5. Pour half into a tin with the rest into a second container.
  6. Chill in the fridge until firm.
  7. For the buko pandan liquid, use half a can of sweetened condensed milk.
  8. Add 1 bottle of evaporated milk of 210 grams, then pour it into a bowl.
  9. Add one pack of nata de coco, using only the pieces.
  10. Add the young coconut flesh from one coconut.
  11. Pour in the young coconut water from one young coconut.
  12. Add pandan paste to taste, then stir until everything is evenly blended, setting it aside.
  13. Take the jelly out of the fridge, then cut it into cubes.
  14. Put the cut jelly into a bowl, pour in the buko pandan liquid, then stir until evenly blended.
  15. Ladle it into glasses, then finish with grated cheese as the topping.
