  1. Put 1500 ml of coconut milk with 2 pandan leaves into a pot.
  2. Turn the heat to medium-low, then cook the coconut milk until hot and boiling.
  3. Once it boils, turn off the heat and take the pot off the stove.
  4. Stir the coconut milk until cool, then set it aside.
  5. In another bowl, combine 390 grams of granulated sugar, 350 grams of tapioca starch, 120 grams of rice flour, 50 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla powder.
  6. Mix all the dry ingredients until evenly combined.
  7. Pour in the cooled coconut milk gradually while whisking until the sugar dissolves.
  8. Strain the batter for a finer texture, then whisk it again until smooth.
  9. Divide the batter into three portions: one of 1000 ml plus two of 450 ml each.
  10. Blend 1 tsp of pandan paste into one 450 ml portion until the color is even.
  11. Dissolve 20 grams of cocoa powder in a little hot water, blend it into the other 450 ml portion, then mix until even.
  12. Dissolve 1 tsp of white food coloring in a little water, blend it into the 1000 ml portion, then mix until even.
  13. Brush cooking oil evenly inside a 24 x 8 cm pan.
  14. Place the pan in the steamer that was preheated earlier.
  15. Stir the batter before pouring, then ladle in three scoops of the white batter and steam for 5 minutes.
  16. Ladle in three scoops of the green batter, then steam for 5 minutes.
  17. Ladle in three more scoops of white batter and steam 5 minutes, continuing in the order white, green, white, chocolate until the batter runs out.
  18. For the final layer, steam for 25 minutes until fully cooked.
  19. After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the steamer.
  20. Let the cake cool completely before turning it out of the pan so it does not stick.
  21. Slice it with a spatula or a plastic-wrapped knife, then serve.
