Steps

  1. Peel 10 ripe pisang uli bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put the banana into a pan and mash it by hand, then add 2 tbsp margarine and 1 tbsp granulated sugar.
  3. Cook over low heat, mashing as it cooks, until the banana is soft and smooth, then turn off the heat and set it aside.
  4. For the crepe batter, put 150 g all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 50 g icing sugar and 1/2 tsp baking powder into a bowl, then stir until evenly combined.
  5. Pour in 300 ml water a little at a time while stirring until evenly combined.
  6. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs, then stir again until the batter is evenly combined.
  7. Strain the batter to make sure there are no lumps of flour.
  8. Grease a non-stick pan thinly with cooking oil, set the heat to low, then pour in about one ladle of batter and swirl the pan so it spreads into a circle.
  9. Cook until the crepe surface dries and the edges lift away, then remove it and transfer it to a plate to air.
  10. Cook the rest of the batter the same way; this recipe makes about 14 crepes.
  11. Take one crepe, fill it with 1 tbsp of the mashed banana, then spread it neatly with a spoon.
  12. Fold the left and right sides inwards then roll it forward, and repeat until all the crepes are filled.
  13. For the cream, beat 100 g white margarine for about 10 to 15 minutes until light and fluffy.
  14. Add 1/4 tsp vanilla and 50 g sweetened condensed milk, then beat again for about 5 minutes until evenly combined.
  15. Spread buttercream on each roll, then scatter chocolate sprinkles on top and pat them so they stick.
