Steps

  1. For the lasagna, heat oil then sauté the onion until browned, then add the chopped Kanzler Bockwurst Sausage, garlic, red chili, carrot, and celery, then sauté until fragrant
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, milk, and water
  3. Season with beef bouillon powder, sugar, salt, and pepper, then cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat
  4. Prepare a heatproof dish, then layer bolognese – mozzarella – wonton wrapper, layering 3-4 times, then arrange sliced Kanzler Bockwurst Sausage on top
  5. Bake at 190-200°C for 15-20 minutes or until browned
  6. Serve the lasagna garnished with a sprinkle of parsley
  7. For the carbonara wontons, heat a little oil then sauté the onion until browned, then add the milk
  8. Add the wontons and cook until boiling
  9. Once the liquid has nearly reduced, turn off the heat, then add the butter, parmesan, salt, pepper, and egg yolk, then stir well
  10. Fry the Kanzler Crispy Chicken Nuggets until golden brown
  11. Serve the carbonara wontons with Kanzler Crispy Chicken Nuggets, parmesan, parsley, and olive oil
  12. For the nachos, fry the cut wontons until golden brown, drain
  13. Sauté the Kanzler Frankfurter Cocktail sausages in a little oil until browned, set aside
  14. For the tomato salsa, combine the tomatoes, salt, sugar, and lime juice, then stir until the sugar dissolves
  15. Add the cilantro leaves and onion, stir well
  16. Prepare a heatproof bowl/dish, then arrange the fried wontons, Kanzler Frankfurter Cocktail sausages, mozzarella, and green chili
  17. Bake at 180°C for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese melts
  18. Serve the wonton nachos with tomato salsa, cheese sauce, bolognese sausage, and a sprinkle of sliced scallion on top
