Cara Membuat
- Panaskan wajan, masukkan butter dan tepung terigu sampai menjadi roux.
- Masukkan susu secaa perlahan sambil diaduk.
- Seteleh mengental, masukkan bumbu keju, keju quickmelt dan seasoning, aduk rata.
- Masukkan macaroni yang sudah sudah matang, aduk rata.
- Pindahkan dalam wadah atau loyang, dinginkan dalam freezer selama 2 jam.
- Keluarkan dari cetakan lalu potong persegi.
- Balur dengan tepung terigu, kocokan telur dan tepung roti.
- Goreng hingga keemasan, angkat lalu sajikan

- Heat a pan, then add the butter and all-purpose flour to make a roux.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring.
- Once thickened, add the cheese seasoning, quick-melt cheese, and seasonings; mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Transfer to a container or pan and chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove from the mold and cut into squares.
- Coat with all-purpose flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden, then remove and serve.
