  1. Sift the milk powder, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and flour, mix well, set aside.
  2. Beat the margarine and sifted powdered sugar with a mixer on low speed for about 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 egg yolks, mix briefly until combined.
  4. Add the flour mixed with cocoa powder gradually, stir with a wooden spatula until combined, knead briefly by hand.
  5. Measure the dough into about 6-7 g portions using a measuring spoon, then roll them all into balls.
  6. Finely chop 200 g of cooked peanuts using a chopper.
  7. Dip each ball into egg white, then coat with the chopped peanuts, pressing so they stick.
  8. Shape using a 3 cm aluminum ring, press the center with a finger then a food coloring cap to make a well for the filling.
  9. Bake in the oven on medium-low heat for 30 minutes (rotate the tray position every 10 minutes if using a three-tier oven).
  10. Once half-baked, remove and fill the wells with hazelnut chocolate spread, smooth it with a skewer.
  11. Bake again for 20 minutes on medium-low heat until fully cooked (about 50 minutes total).
