Kelo Lombok (Gunung Kidul-style Spicy Green Chili & Tempeh Stew)

Cara Membuat
- Haluskan semua bahan 2, sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang.
- Masukkan cabe hijau dan petai, tumis kembali hingga sedikit layu.
- Tuang santan, aduk-aduk sampai mendidih agar santan tidak pecah.
- Tambahkan gula merah dan rebon, aduk sesaat.
- Masukkan tempe, rambak sayur dan cabe rawit utuh.
- Masak kembali hingga rambak menyerap kuah santan.
- Angkat dan segera hidangkan.

- Grind all of ingredients 2 until smooth, set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté the ground seasoning until fragrant and cooked through.
- Add the green chilies and petai beans, sauté again until slightly wilted.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stirring until it boils so the coconut milk doesn't curdle.
- Add the palm sugar and tiny dried shrimp, stir briefly.
- Add the tempeh, vegetable crackers and whole bird's-eye chilies.
- Cook again until the crackers absorb the coconut milk broth.
- Remove and serve immediately.
