- Taburi potongan ayam dengan Bumbu Marinasi, tambahkan air dan ratakan.
- Masukkan Merica Bubuk, bawang putih halus, dan tepung maizena, remas-remas hingga semua permukaan terbalut sempurna.
- Goreng hingga kuning keemasan, balik dan kecilkan api, lalu goreng kembali hingga kecoklatan, sisihkan.
- Chopper kasar bahan 2, lalu tumis hingga harum dan matang.
- Tambahkan garam dan kecap manis, aduk rata.
- Siramkan chilli padi di atas ayam goreng, hidangkan.

- Sprinkle the chicken pieces with the Marinade Seasoning, add the water and mix evenly.
- Add the ground pepper, ground garlic, and cornstarch, knead until the entire surface is fully coated.
- Fry until golden yellow, flip and lower the heat, then fry again until golden brown, set aside.
- Coarsely chop ingredients 2, then sauté until fragrant and cooked through.
- Add the salt and sweet soy sauce, stir well.
- Pour the chili padi mixture over the fried chicken, serve.
