- Kocok butter dengan gula pasir dan brown sugar hingga pucat.

- Diamkan adonan cookies dalam freezer 30 menit.
- Timbang 75 gr adonan, bentuk bulat lalu panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 190°C selama 10-12 menit.
- Tambahkan sea salt dan potongan cokelat ketika cookies baru keluar oven, sajikan dengan susu dingin.
