  16. After 25 minutes open the steamer, then leave the cake to cool completely so the texture firms up.
  17. Combine 200 grams grated coconut with 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix until evenly blended, add one pandan leaf, then steam for about 15 minutes.
  18. Turn the firmed cake out of the tin, slice it, then serve it with the topping.
