Cara Membuat
- Cuci wortel lalu potong membentuk kotak-kotak kecil.
- Serut jagung manis dari bonggolnya.
- Iris 1 batang daun bawang.
- Masukkan 2 butir telur bersama wortel, jagung, dan daun bawang ke dalam wadah.
- Tambahkan 1/4 sdt kaldu bubuk, 1/4 sdt lada bubuk, dan 1/4 sdt garam lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Potong roti tawar lalu buat lubang di bagian tengahnya.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak di dalam pan lalu masukkan roti.
- Tuang adonan telur ke dalam lubang roti.
- Letakkan keju slice di atas telur lalu tutup dengan potongan roti yang tadi dilubangi.
- Masak dengan api kecil hingga telurnya matang dan kedua sisi rotinya kuning keemasan sambil dibalik.
- Angkat roti lalu lanjutkan memasak sisa adonan dan sajikan selagi hangat dengan saus.

- Heat a little oil in a pan then lay the bread in it.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hole in the bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on the egg then cover it with the cut out piece of bread.
- Cook over low heat until the egg is set and both sides of the bread are golden, turning it over.
- Lift it out and cook the rest, then serve warm with sauce.
