Spicy Korean Beef and Veggie Wrap

Steps

  1. Combine the beef with the marinade and mix well, then set aside.
  2. Heat a pan, pour in the oil, add the beef, and stir.
  3. Add the sliced onion, red chilies, and green onion, cook until done, then set aside.
  4. The Spicy Korean Beef can be served immediately with white rice.
  5. To make the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap, soak the sliced kyuri in ice water.
  6. Prepare 3 Vietnamese rice paper wrappers and wipe them with a tissue / clean cloth dampened with warm water. Place two romaine lettuce leaves on top, add the sliced carrot, kyuri, and purple cabbage, then add the Spicy Korean Beef, kimchi, and chopped almonds. Roll slowly and pack tightly.
  7. For the peanut dipping sauce, combine all the ingredients, then add water to reach the desired consistency.
  8. Serve the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap with the peanut dipping sauce or another dipping sauce of your choice.
  9. Combine the beef with the marinating ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  10. Heat the pan and add some oil. Add the beef in and stir.
  11. Add the sliced onion, red chili, and green onion. Cook until done and set aside.
  12. Spicy Korean Beef can be served as is with warm rice.
  13. To make the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap, soak the sliced kyuri in an ice bath.
  14. Prepare 3 pieces of Vietnamese Rice Paper Wrapper. With a clean tissue / cloth dipped in warm water, wipe the rice paper. Place two pieces of romaine lettuce on top, then arrange the sliced carrot, kyuri, and purple cabbage. Add the Spicy Korean Beef, kimchi, and chopped almonds. Roll slowly and compactly.
  15. For the Peanut dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients and add some water until you reach the desired thickness.
  16. Serve the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap with the Sesame Peanut dip or other sauces you like.
