Layer 4:

Steps

  1. Prepare 2 packets of black and pink Oreos, then separate the biscuits from the cream.
  2. Set aside 6 biscuits for the topping later, and set the cream aside too.
  3. Crush the Oreo biscuits.
  4. Add 50 gr melted margarine, about 3 tbsp, then stir until evenly combined.
  5. Put the crushed Oreo into 100 ml cups, about 1 tbsp or 15 gr per cup.
  6. Press it down firmly with a spoon, then keep the cups in the fridge while you cook the next mixture.
  7. Set out a pot, add 1 packet of plain agar-agar powder and 125 gr granulated sugar, then stir until evenly combined.
  8. Add 700 ml liquid milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla, then stir until evenly combined.
  9. Cook over medium heat until it boils, stirring constantly so the milk does not split or turn lumpy.
  10. Once it boils, turn off the heat, then divide the mixture into two equal parts of about 400 ml each.
  11. Stir the Oreo cream into one part until evenly combined. Set the white part aside for now.
  12. Pour the cream mixture into the cups, then pop the air bubbles with a fork.
  13. Let it stand about 10 minutes until the surface sets and forms a layer firm enough to pour onto.
  14. Reheat the white mixture until it boils so the layers stick together, then pour it into the cups.
  15. Let it stand briefly until the surface sets, and cook the next mixture while you wait.
  16. Set out a pot, add 1 packet of strawberry milk pudding mix and 500 ml water, then stir until evenly combined.
  17. Cook over medium heat until it boils, stirring constantly so the bottom does not scorch or turn lumpy.
  18. Pour the mixture into the cups.
  19. Let it set and firm up, then chill it in the fridge for at least about 3 hours.
  20. Once the pudding is set and cold, pipe whipped cream on top and decorate with broken Oreo pieces.
