- Campurkan semua bahan kulit, saring lalu tambahkan minyak, aduk.

- Susun smoked beef, telur rebus dan keju quickmelt diatas kulit lalu tambahkan campuran mayonnaise.
- Gulung risol, kemudian balur dengan larutan air tepung terigu kemudian balur tepung roti.
- Goreng risol hingga matang, sajikan.
