Nasi Goreng Ayam Taoge (Chicken & Bean Sprout Fried Rice)

Cara Membuat
- Campur garam, gula dan Ladaku Merica Bubuk di dalam wadah, aduk rata dan sisihkan.
- Campur saus cabe, saus tomat dan kecap manis di dalam wadah berbeda, aduk rata dan sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih hingga berwarna kekuningan, lalu masukkan daun bawang, tumis kembali hingga harum.
- Masukkan cabe merah, aduk hingga aroma langu cabe hilang.
- Masukkan campuran saus, aduk hingga berbuih, tambahkan kecap asin, aduk sesaat.
- Tambahkan terasi dan campuran bahan 3 (gula, garam dan Ladaku). Tuangkan air, aduk kembali.
- Masukkan telur, orak arik hingga telur cukup matang, kemudian masukkan ayam, masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
- Masukkan nasi, masak hingga tercium aroma nasi yang tergoreng.
- Masukkan taoge, aduk sesaat kemudian angkat.
- Sajikan nasi goreng dengan acar, sambal, kerupuk, emping dan taburan bawang goreng bila suka.

Steps
- Mix the salt, sugar and Ladaku Ground Pepper in a bowl, stir well and set aside.
- Mix the chili sauce, tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce in a separate bowl, stir well and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté the garlic until light golden, then add the scallion, sauté again until fragrant.
- Add the red chilies, stir until the raw chili smell is gone.
- Add the sauce mixture, stir until it bubbles, add the soy sauce, stir briefly.
- Add the shrimp paste and the ingredients 3 mixture (sugar, salt and Ladaku). Pour in the water, stir again.
- Add the eggs, scramble until cooked enough, then add the chicken, cook until the chicken changes color.
- Add the rice, cook until the aroma of fried rice appears.
- Add the bean sprouts, stir briefly then remove.
- Serve the fried rice with pickles, sambal, crackers, melinjo crackers and a sprinkle of fried shallots if desired.
