Ayam Masak Kecap Simple (Simple Chicken in Sweet Soy Sauce)

- Campur dan haluskan Bahan 1 (Desaku kunyit bubuk, Desaku ketumbar bubuk, garam) dan Bahan 2 (bawang putih, bawang merah, air).
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan jahe, lengkuas, dan daun salam, tumis kembali hingga layu.
- Masukkan ayam, masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
- Masukkan kecap manis, biarkan kecap berbuih.
- Tambahkan 250 ml air dan Ladaku merica bubuk. Masak hingga ayam empuk.
- Sajikan.

- Add the sweet soy sauce, and let it bubble.
- Add 250 ml water and the Ladaku ground pepper. Cook until the chicken is tender.
