- Tusuk semua Bahan 3 (sosis, telur puyuh, bakso ikan, cabe merah, cabe hijau, tusuk sate) dengan urutan sesuai selera, kemudian goreng hingga sosis merekah, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat, dan Desaku bumbu balado.
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
- Tambahkan air, garam, dan gula, lalu aduk hingga rata. Masak sampai kekentalan yang diinginkan.
- Masukkan sate sosis, ratakan bumbu balado hingga merata di seluruh permukaannya.
- Sajikan.

Steps
- Thread all ingredients 3 (sausages, quail eggs, fish balls, red chilies, and green chilies) onto the skewers in any order, then fry until the sausages split open. Remove and drain.
- Blend the shallots, garlic, tomato, and Desaku Bumbu Balado until smooth.
- Sauté the spice paste until fragrant.
- Add the water, salt, and sugar, then mix well. Cook until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Add the sausage skewers and coat their entire surface evenly with the balado seasoning.
