Cara Membuat
- Tumis bahan 3 dengan 6 sdm minyak goreng hingga harum dan matang.
- Masukkan air dan Desaku Bubuk Balado aduk hingga bumbu larut sempurna, ratakan dengan mengaduk terus hingga redius/ tanak dan air berkurang.
- Masukkan garam dan gula lalu masukkan telur, aduk rata hingga bumbu menyatu dengan telur.
- Sajikan balado telur di atas piring kemudian siram dengan sisa bumbunya.
- Sajikan panas-panas.

- Sauté ingredient 3 with 6 tbsp cooking oil until fragrant and cooked through.
- Add water and Desaku Balado Powder, stir until the seasoning dissolves completely, keep stirring evenly until it reduces and the water lessens.
- Add the salt and sugar, then add the eggs, mix well until the seasoning coats the eggs.
- Serve the balado telur on a plate, then drizzle with the remaining seasoning.
- Serve piping hot.
