- Campur semua bahan 1 (ayam, Bumbu Marinasi, air, dan tepung maizena), remas-remas dengan tangan hingga tercampur rata.
- Masukkan bahan 2 (Merica Bubuk dan Ketumbar Bubuk), aduk rata.
- Merinet selama 30 menit.
- Goreng selama 10-12 menit dengan minyak panas dan api kecil (usahakan semua ayam terendam dalam minyak).
- Hidangkan.
