Grass Jelly Pudding ingredients:

Cappuccino Pudding ingredients:

Steps

  1. Prepare a pot, add 1 packet of grass jelly nutrijel and 75 gr of granulated sugar, then stir until evenly combined so it will not clump when the liquid goes in.
  2. Add 700 ml of water, then stir until evenly combined.
  3. Cook until it boils over medium heat, stirring occasionally so the bottom does not scorch or clump.
  4. Once it boils turn off the heat, then pour the pudding mixture into a heatproof container.
  5. Let it sit for about one hour until the pudding sets.
  6. Cut the grass jelly pudding into small cubes, then set aside.
  7. Prepare another pot and add 1 packet of white agar-agar powder, 1 packet of plain nutrijel, 200 gr of granulated sugar, and 2 tbsp of cornstarch.
  8. Add 3 sachets of cappuccino, then stir until evenly combined.
  9. Add a pinch of salt.
  10. Add 1500 ml of liquid milk.
  11. Add 200 ml of liquid whipping cream, or replace it with more milk for a total of 1700 ml of liquid milk.
  12. Add 1 tsp of vanilla, then stir until evenly combined.
  13. Cook until it boils over medium heat while stirring constantly so the bottom does not scorch or clump.
  14. Once it boils turn off the heat, then keep stirring until the steam has gone.
  15. Prepare a mould and rinse it with water so the pudding will be easier to unmould.
  16. Add the grass jelly pudding cubes into the mould in stages so they do not all float to the top.
  17. Stir the cappuccino pudding first, then pour it in slowly, alternating with the grass jelly cubes, until all the mixture has been poured in.
  18. Leave it until the pudding sets and do not move it yet so its shape is not ruined.
  19. Once set, put the pudding in the fridge for at least about three hours.
  20. Turn the pudding out of the mould, slice it, and it is ready to serve.
