Ingredients

Cheese Custard Sauce:

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, add 2 packets white agar powder, 1 packet plain jelly powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 30 g cocoa powder, and 150 g granulated sugar, then stir them together dry so they will not clump later.
  2. Add part of the 2100 ml liquid milk along with 150 g sweetened condensed milk, then stir until evenly combined.
  3. Add 100 g dark cooking chocolate chopped into small pieces, then pour in the rest of the liquid milk.
  4. Cook over medium heat until boiling while stirring constantly so the bottom does not scorch or clump.
  5. Once it boils and the chocolate has melted, turn off the stove and stir briefly until the steam has gone.
  6. Wet a 24 cm mould with water so the pudding will release more easily, then pour the pudding into the mould.
  7. Leave until the pudding sets and firms up, then chill it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours before serving.
  8. For the cheese custard sauce, put 160 g spreadable cheese, 100 g granulated sugar, 20 g cornstarch, and 750 ml liquid milk into a chopper or blender, then blend until smooth and evenly combined.
  9. Pour the sauce into a saucepan, then cook over medium heat until boiling and thickened while stirring constantly.
  10. Once it boils, thickens, and bubbles, turn off the stove and keep stirring until the sauce has cooled so it does not turn lumpy.
  11. Chop the Silver Queen chocolate for the topping.
  12. After about 4 hours of chilling, loosen the pudding from the mould and turn it out.
  13. Pour the cheese custard over the pudding, scatter the chopped chocolate on top, and serve.
