SINGAPOREAN CHICKEN WING:

Steps

  1. For the pizza dough, combine the high protein flour and instant yeast, mix for 1 minute, then add the sugar and salt.
  2. Pour in the cold water and knead briefly until there are no lumps of flour left, pizza dough does not need to reach a full windowpane.
  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. For the topping, mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise, salt and pepper until combined.
  5. Dust the work surface with flour, turn out the risen dough, then knock the air out of it.
  6. Shape the dough into a flat round on the oil drip tray, then prick the centre with a fork so it does not puff up.
  7. Top it with the tuna mayo, sliced onion, mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
  8. Bake in the air fryer at 190 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes until browned.
  9. For the Singaporean chicken wings, grate 4 garlic cloves and 1 thumb of ginger over the wings.
  10. Make the sauce from oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  11. Mix the chicken with the sauce, massaging it in until every piece is coated, then cover it and marinate in the fridge for at least one to two hours or overnight.
  12. Fit the kebab set, straighten the wings out, then thread them onto the kebab skewer from end to end.
  13. Fit the oil drip tray, then cook on rotisserie mode at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, brushing with the leftover sauce from time to time.
  14. For the banana bread, mash very ripe bananas and keep half a banana back for the topping.
  15. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, stir through, then add one egg, melted butter and olive oil.
  16. Add the coarsely chopped oats, a quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda, then stir until it forms a batter.
  17. Pour the batter into a tin lined with baking paper, arrange the banana slices on top, then bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes until cooked through.
