Steps

  1. For the breakfast burrito, fry the french fries until cooked, then drain them and season with a little salt.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and sausages, then fry them in a little oil until cooked and lightly browned, and set aside.
  3. Turn the heat down, pour in olive oil, then make scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, stirring constantly, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay a burrito wrapper on a sheet of aluminium foil, then arrange the fries, mushroom and sausage, scrambled egg and slices of cheddar cheese down the middle.
  5. Fold and roll the burrito up tightly, then toast it in a pan for about two and a half minutes per side until browned.
  6. For the grilled chicken burrito, mix chicken breast and thigh with honey, light soy sauce, cumin, curry powder, salt, pepper and chilli powder, then leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. For the salsa, combine chopped cucumber, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves with lime juice, honey, salt and grated garlic, then mix well.
  8. Grill the chicken over low heat until cooked and golden, taking the breast off first because it cooks faster.
  9. Lay the grilled chicken on a burrito wrapper, add salsa, sliced avocado and lettuce, then wrap it up tightly.
  10. For the beef kimchi burrito, heat a pan with a little oil and cook the halved tofu until browned, season it with salt and pepper, then lift it out.
  11. In the same pan, cook the shortplate beef with chopped garlic until it changes colour.
  12. Add kimchi, honey, shoyu, water, salt and pepper, then cook until the beef has absorbed all of the sauce.
  13. Lay the lettuce down first on the burrito wrapper so the kimchi does not make the wrapper soggy.
  14. Add the tofu, kimchi beef and fresh kimchi on top, then wrap it up tightly and serve.
