  1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker.
  2. Fry the 30 eggs one at a time in a greased mold, sprinkle with a little salt, flip briefly until cooked (don't let them brown too much), then remove and drain.
  3. Blend the shallots and garlic with a little oil, then add the large red chilies and red curly chilies, and blend coarsely for the balado sambal.
  4. Sauté the spice paste with the Indonesian bay leaves over low heat until cooked.
  5. Add a little water, salt, chicken bouillon powder, ground pepper, and sugar, stir well, cook until the liquid reduces, then mix in the fried eggs or serve them separately.
  6. For the fried noodles, boil the 4 packs of egg noodles for about 2 minutes each, then drain.
  7. Slice the sausage and meatballs for topping, and slice the bok choy and cabbage.
  8. Blend the shallots, garlic, and toasted candlenuts with a little oil.
  9. Scramble the 2 eggs briefly, then remove and set aside.
  10. Sauté the spice paste over low heat until cooked, then add the meatballs and sausage, and stir-fry until done.
  11. Add salt, chicken bouillon powder, and ground pepper, stir well, then add the scrambled egg and cabbage.
  12. Pour in a little more oil, the tomato sauce, and sweet soy sauce to taste, stir well, then add the noodles and bok choy, mix well, and taste.
  13. Plate the rice, add lettuce, top with the fried noodles, egg, and balado sambal, and finish with cucumber slices.
