Marinate pork meat:

☐ 300 gr pork meat ☐ 2 cm ginger ☐ 2 cloves garlic ☐ 1 tbsp oyster sauce ☐ 1/2 tsp salt ☐ 1/2 tsp white pepper ☐ 1 tsp sesame oil

The wet batter:

☐ 100 g of all purpose flour ☐ 50 g of rice flour ☐ 140 ml of water ☐ 1 egg ☐ 1/2 tsp of Baking soda ☐ 1/2 tsp of salt

The Sauce Mixture:

☐ 6 tbsp of tomato sauce ☐ 1 tbsp saus inggris ☐ 100 ml of water ☐ 3o ml of lime juice ☐ 50 g of sugar ☐ 1 tbsp of honey ☐ 1 tsp of corn starch ☐ 1/2 tsp of salt ☐ 1 tsp mushroom bouillon
