  1. Separate the white cream from the oreo biscuits, then blend the biscuits until fine.
  2. Combine the bread flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, salt and milk powder, mixing briefly.
  3. Add the egg and the cold milk, mixing until smooth.
  4. Once the dough comes together, add the unsalted butter and knead until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Finally add the crushed oreo and mix until the color is an even greyish tone.
  6. Round the dough, put it in a buttered bowl, cover it and rest it 30 minutes until it rises, then chill it in the fridge.
  7. For the filling, mix the brown sugar with the cocoa powder until even.
  8. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a silicone mat, then cover it and rest it 10 minutes so the gluten relaxes.
  9. Brush the surface with butter, scatter the brown sugar and cocoa mixture over it, then top it with broken oreo biscuits.
  10. Roll the dough up tightly, divide it into 12 and cut the pieces with a length of thread.
  11. Arrange the pieces 4 by 3 in a tray lined with baking paper, press them lightly so they rise evenly, then rest 45 to 50 minutes until they touch.
  12. Preheat the oven to 170 to 180 degrees Celsius, then bake the rolls about 25 to 28 minutes until done.
  13. For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the oreo cream filling, vanilla extract and powdered sugar, whisking until smooth with no lumps.
  14. Pour in milk a little at a time until the frosting reaches the thickness you want, then add oreo powder and fold it in with a spatula.
  15. Spread the frosting over the rolls once they are no longer hot, then scatter broken cookies on top.
