- Mixer dengan kecepatan paling tinggi selama kurang lebih 10 menit hingga adonan mengembang dan mengental.
- Masukkan remah Oreo yang sudah diblender, lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam wadah, tutup rapat, lalu bekukan semalaman hingga es krimnya membeku.
